Lead, guide, direct & support activities related to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, CapEx management and liquidity management.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
· Compile and provide management reporting on an accurate and timely basis
· Develop models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
· Provide input for strategic planning
· Lead the budget preparation process
· Prepare cost analysis and trend analysis following the finalization of accounts.
· Develop tools to analyze corporate wide cash flows
· Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
· Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
· Manage, train and develop direct reports and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Experience
10+ years of significant experience in handling financial planning function with a large international organization; minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in finance and 5+ years working in construction firms.
Qualification
Graduate/ Post Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
Master’s in Business Administration with accounting specialization preferable.

Job Description
Must have a minimum of 15 Years experience in working and leading teams in the Construction Industry managing heavy Plant and vehicles
Mechanical Engineering Background essential with Graduate Engineer preferred but Diploma Holders with extensive experience also welcome to apply
At least 3 years should have been as the Workshop Manager in the GCC or another leading Construction Environment
Applicants must have worked in a multicultural Expatriate Environment out side of their home Country
Applicants should have experience of best practice IT tracking Tools to plan and manage proactively the maintenance schedules
MUST have experience of Managing Workshops for fleets of 800 vehicles or more
Be able to produce reports and tracking KPI's
Analytical mind and ability to drive savings must be part of the experience profile of applicants
