We are looking for Roads and Transportation Engineer for UAE location:

Min 10 years Experience in UAE – preferable Bilingual Arabic/English .

Candidate should have Consultancy experience.

Job Description:

Primary Accountabilities:


- Perform a quantity take off from the detailed design drawings.

- Prepare budget cost estimate at the concept design stage of the project.

- Prepare a detailed priced BOQ, at various design stages of the project.

- Prepare Tender Analysis to compare the shortlisted Tenderers.

- Perform value engineering by studying the design of Civil & MEP systems.

- Conduct a unit rate and cost analysis for the various Civil ,Architectural & MEP system design options.

- Prepare and issue addenda during the tendering stage.

- Prepare BOQ for variation orders due to changes in scope of works of the project.

- Provide support to sites by addressing questions about BOQ.

- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to acquire and update particular item rates



Desired Candidate Profile:

Min 10 years Experience in UAE.

Candidate should have Consultancy experience.
