Job Description
The Sales Manager will act as the layer of support to the business generated by the Consultants while they also generate business on their own. They would play an integral role in supervising client engagements to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved. The Sales Manager understands the client goals, objectives and needs for a specific initiatives or project/s and advises them on the feasibility, legality, applicability, and business processes for establishing businesses in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Delivery of the individual target/s.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
• Retention of clients by engaging in business relationships with them and handling queries (if any).
• Management for completion of project deadlines and schedules, including complete receipt of payment from clients.
• Update team members (if any) and self with requisite knowledge.
• Ensure entry of details on the internal online tracking system – AIMS regularly.
• Actively support the finders in acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones.
• Carry out any other duties as required by the team.

Ability to convince clients for appointments.
Rigorous follow up orientation.
