Job Description
-Supervising, planning operational policies and procedures, managing facility workers and vendors, budgeting and supervising usage of supplies and equipment for the facility. ----Managed all the complains communication on emails with the staff and seniors and kept every one up to date on the status.
-Monitor, maintain and update records of all equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts.
-Perform good workmanship, use approved quality materials, and comply with health and safety standards.
-Perform duties with initiative, teamwork, coordination, and continuously enhance skills and ability.
-Prepare and follow PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE (PPM) to ensure the life and operation of the equipments.
-Supervise and control staffs.
-Follow up of FM invoices to assist account department.
-Preparing quotes
-Prepare presentation of quotes for the senior management.
-Preparing technical reports
-Monitoring and inspection of the site as per the site requirement by the senior and site management.
