Job Description

SSC / ITI passed having 5+ years experience of Service and repair of water pipes, heating systems and fixing of domestic appliances and drainage. Installing and repairing water suppliers, heating systems and drainage etc. Installing and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machine etc.  Support the Company in and out-of hour’s emergency work as required. To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Line Manager. Conduct daily inspection of tools/equipment; keep in safe and designated place. Raise and monitor issues reported to Helpdesk for hard services through to completion. Ensure tasks are completed within target times. Make sure accurate records of all works carried out, completing all Task Sheets for Planned (PPM) & Reactive works. Inform Line Manager of material request in advance for the completion of Planned and Reactive works. Recommend surplus stock for Reactive works in line with Stocks Management. Lease as necessary with customers maintaining good communication links to resolve any matters that may arise in an efficient and effective manner. To prioritise all task and ensure they are completed within the required time scales. Responsible for maintaining, updating, records report as required e.g. Work orders etc

Diploma holder related to Electronics. 5 years of Experience in BMS is essential Servicing BMS systems or equivalent-undertake planned preventative maintainance Reactive engineering -fault diagnosis (control system and plant) and rectification, including - control panel fault finding rectification, field device repair/replacement.  Small project works including - controller upgrades, control panel modification, installation of additionalfield devices. Responsible for the monitoring of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit alarm. Responsible for monitor and control the Fire pump system, motors,sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation and elevator control in the building.

Fire suppression in the kitchen, air detector and heat detector that regarding fire alarm system in the bms monitoring system. In-depth working knowledge of BMS Systems.  Should be knowledgeable in HVAC Systems . Should be good at trouble shooting of DDC panels, control panels, & starter & VFD Panels.
