- Electrical Supervisors ( 10 NOS ) : Diploma in Electrical, 6-8 Years exp. in Building mep works,ICT,CCVT,IBMS etc, & Lighting Control systems.
- Mechanical Supervisors ( 8 NOS ) :Diploma in Mechanical, 6-9 Years exp. in HVAC, Plumbing & FF Works related to Multi- Storied Buildings
- Electrical Foreman ( 8 NOS ) : ITI, 3-5 Years exp. in Sub stations, MEP for High Rise Buildings,
- Plumbing Foreman ( 8 NOS ) : ITI, 5 Years exp. in Plumbing works for Multi Storey Buildings,
- HVAC Foreman ( 4 NOS ) : Diploma in HVAC with 5-6 years exp. in ducted VRF Unit, PI ducting works High Rise Buildings
- AC Technicians ( 10 NOS ) : ITI 2-3 Years exp. in Ducted Split units.
- Electricians ( 20 NOS ): ITI 2-3 years exp. in Building wiring.
- Plumbers ( 15 NOS ) : ITI 2-3 years exp. in Multi Storey buildings. HDPE Thermo Welds etc.
- Ductman ( 5 NOS ). : ITI 4-5 Years, exp. in Fabrication of PI / GI Duct work, Installation of VCDs, CVs etc.
- Cable Jointer ( 4 NOS ).: Raychem approved 11 KV jointer.
- Store / Time Keeper ( 2 NOS ) : Graduate with 4-5 Years Exp. in MEP Construction items,
- Operations Controller ( 1 NOS.) : Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with 5-6 Years exp. In MEP,
